Ozymandias?

He stands tall on the window sill, reminding me of Ozymandias.

"And wrinkled lip, and sneer of cold command,
Tell that its sculptor well those passion read...
....The hand that mocked them, and the heart that fed"

Ozymandias is a poem by P B Shelley.Ozymandias is the greek name for Ramses II of Egypt.

Its a poem about the timelessness of time.

Karthik again. Looks like I inadvertently compromised your anonymity by prefixing your name to my post; apologies. Curious, though somewhat understandable,that the statue(ette?) evokes memories of Ozymandias. The statuette, to me, seems to be evocative of Zenlike poise; there seems to be an aware smile on his lips I thought. great picture.
